Two more people have tested positive in the last 24 hours for COVID-19 in Mizoram taking the total number of positive cases to 23. From 302 samples tested at Zoram Medical College (ZMC) hospital lab, two samples were confirmed positive and both patients, who are under institutional quarantine, have returned from Delhi recently.
Chief Minister Zoramthanga in a tweet urged everyone to stay safe, take all preventive precautionary measures and abide with the various rules and regulatory procedures laid down by the State’s Administration, Health Officials and various Covid-19 related Task Forces. In the state, with two more positive cases, the total number of positive case have shot up to 23 with total cases at 24 including one recovered.
