Prime Minister has congratulated Abhijeet Banerjee, Esther Duflo and Michael Kremer on winning the Nobel Prize in Economics for their experimental approach to alleviating global poverty.
In a tweet, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said Mr Banerjee has made notable contributions in the field of poverty alleviation. He also congratulated Esther Duflo and Michael Kremer for winning the prestigious Nobel.
