The Election commission has issued a notice to Congress leader, Navjot Singh Siddhu for seeking votes on religious lines during a rally in Bihar.
The Commission has asked him to file his reply by tomorrow. The Poll Body said that prima-facie, it found his appeal urging people to vote for Congress on religious lines as violative of the Model Code of Conduct.
