The Trial court today pronounced death sentence to the two Indian Mujahideen activists who were convicted in the 2007 twin blasts case of Hyderabad.

The second metropolitan magistrate pronounced the death sentence to Anique Shafic Syed and Akbar Ismail Choudhary who were convicted in the twin blasts case.

The magistrate also pronounced life sentence to Tariq Anjum who was also convicted for providing shelter to the convicted in the twin bomb blasts case.

It may be recalled that 42 persons were killed and over 50 people injured in the twin blasts took off at an eatery, Gokul Chat and also at Lumbini Park in Hyderabad in August 2007.
