President of Vietnam, Tran Dai Quang is arriving in India this afternoon on a three-day visit. He will be accompanied by his wife Mrs Nguyen Thi Hien and an official delegation.

Mr Quang will first visit Bodh Gaya before coming to Delhi in the evening. He will meet President Ram Nath Kovind tomorrow and also hold talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan will also call on the visiting dignitary.

The Vietnamese President will also have an interaction with prominent Indian businessmen. The visit aims to further deepen the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.
