The deposition of Pakistani-American terrorist David Coleman Headley could not take place on the third day today, due to a technical glitch in the video conferencing link.
Headley is deposing before a Special Mumbai Court in 2008 Mumbai terror attacks case, from an undisclosed location in the US. Special Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam informed that the deposition proceedings will now resume on Thursday and extra time will be allocated for hearing.
He said the Court in Mumbai tried to establish contact with their counter parts in US several times, but all they could hear was the voice of Headley and not the video. .
During last two days of deposition, David Headley revealed several names in Pakistani Army and the ISI who were working closely with terror outfits Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Jamat-ul-Dawa (JuD) to carry out attacks in India.
He also informed about the ISI giving moral, financial and military support to the LeT.
He gave a detailed plan of modes operandi behind the 26/11 terror attacks.
