At least four women lost their lives and more than six others sustained injuries in an explosion at a firecracker unit in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh. The incident took place in Rajabpur police station area. Local police have arrived at the spot and shifted the injured women to a nearby hospital for treatment. A probe committee has been constituted to investigate the incident, the circumstances and the causes that led to the explosion.
