Union Minister for Food, and Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Ram Vilas Paswan today said that terrorism emanating from Pakistan is the biggest threat to India.
He added that it is not the people of Pakistan who are enemy of India, but the terrorists who are operating from Pakistani soil against India.
Addressing a press conference in Jammu today, the Minister was all praise for Indian Army for carrying out successful surgical strikes at terrorist launch pads across the Line of Control last month.
slammed all those leaders who demanded proof of the surgical strikes and said that Indian Army should be allowed to finish the task of eliminating terrorism.
The Minister criticised Hurriyat Conference leaders for refusing to talk to all party delegation when it visited Kashmir for finding a solution to end the current unrest.
He further said that to streamline the public distribution system in Jammu and Kashmir, the government has implemented Food Security Act as well as Mufti Mohammad Sayeed Food Entitlement Scheme in the state.
