State Congress President Botsa Satynarayana and Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy have held several rounds of meetings with the leaders of the region to persuade them to put off the resignation proposal.
However, state Panchayati Raj Minister Jana Reddy and Karimnagar Parliament Member Ponnam Prabhakar reiterated that Congress Ministers, MPs, MLAs and MLCs from the region would submit their resignations to the presiding officers Monday.
