The Central Bureau of Investigation, CBI, has registered a case against three persons under different sections relating to alleged murder of Sheena Bora on the request of Maharashtra Government. CBI took over the investigation of the case which was earlier registered by Mumbai Police on the allegations that accused persons hatched a criminal conspiracy to murder Ms. Sheena Bora. Further investigation is continuing.
