Supreme Court would frame issues related to Triple Talaq on February 16. Apex Court would finalise different aspects of triple talaq on that day .
The petitioners will argue on those points in favour or against.
The Top court would expedite the hearing and try to give judgement as soon as possible, it said.
A bench of the Apex Court headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Jagdish Singh Khehar said today, it would likely to frame what are the relevant issues in the case on Thursday.
The Apex Court also clarified that it would not get into the common civil code issue. It also made it clear hat it wants to adjudicate on the triple talaq issue as it is a matter involving a person’s human rights.
The Supreme Court has also fixed May 11 for final hearing on the petitions challenging the validity of triple talaq.
