NEW DELHI

The Supreme Court today refused to entertain a plea seeking a CBI probe into the recent killing of two BJP workers in West Bengal. A vacation bench of Justices A K Goel and Ashok Bhushan asked the petitioners to approach the Calcutta High Court for the relief.

Advocate Gaurav Bhatia, appearing for petitioners, said, it is a serious matter as the killing of BJP workers have taken place after the panchayat polls in Purulia district.
