Punjab Farmers have decided to end their rail roko protests from tomorrow. Protestors said they have decided to lift the rail blockade so that both passenger and goods trains can have a smooth movement.

They said, the decision has been taken keeping in view the problems being faced by the people of Punjab — be it traders, industrialists or workers.

Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh has urged the Centre to restore all train services in the state.

Railway Ministry said they have received communication from Punjab government for resumption of both goods and passenger train services.
