PUTTAPARTHY (AP) AMN: Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh has stressed the need for holistic education that would provide character and skills for the younger generations. He called upon them to develop principles of sharing skills and abilities to lend a helping hand to the less privileged. Addressing fresh graduates at the Sri Satya Sai Institute of Higher Learning in here today, he asked the youth to acquire skills at global level and act with a sense of responsibility towards society.
