Proceedings in both the Houses of Parliament were stalled for the third day Wednesday as the Congress-led Opposition created ruckus over several issues, bank fraud cases.

Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan has appealed to all political parties to sit together and find a solution to continuing logjam in the House.
Mrs Mahajan, who held a meeting with the floor leaders of the parties in Parliament House, expressed concern over frequent disruption of proceedings in the House.
She said the issues raised by them can be addressed in accordance with the rules and Parliamentary procedures.
Later, talking to reporters, Mrs Mahajan expressed hope that the logjam ends within two to three days.
