In yet another ceasefire violation, Pakistan army initiated unprovoked and indiscriminate firing with small arms and heavy mortar shelling along the LoC in Naushera sector of district Rajouri in Jammu & Kashmir today.
PRO defence, Colonel Davinder Anand has said that Pak army initiated unprovoked and indiscriminate firing and heavy Mortar shelling along the LoC in Naushera sector at about 1930 hours. He said, Pak army initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing with small arms and thereafter heavy mortar shelling along LoC in Naushera sector.
The Indian Army troop guarding the fence are retaliating befittingly with equal caliber. The exchange of fire continued till reports last came in. The PRO defence said, there are no reports of damage to any property and loss of any life from our side so far. Details are awaited.
