The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that no body will be allowed to take law in one’s hand. Addressing the Assembly today, he said, there is no place for criminals and they will be dealt with iron hands.
Asserting that there is no problem of law and order in the state, he assured members that there will no discrimination in the name of cast and religion. Earlier, opposition parties SP, BSP and Congress tried to corner the government on the issue of law and order in state on second day in Assembly today. Soon after the house assembled, opposition demanded adjournment motion and discussion on law and order situation.
The question hour could start only after Speaker’s assurance that discussion on law and order will be taken up later on. The Assembly is presently discussing State GST bill.
