Meghalaya reported 211 new COVID 19 cases in the last 24 hours against 375 recoveries. Directorate of Health services informed that two deaths were also reported, one each from East Khasi Hills district and West Garo Hill district in the last 24 hours taking the total deaths to 1538. The number of active cases in the State stands at 1839 while the recovered cases are 88644. The positivity rate in the State is at 9.59 percent while the fatality rate is at 1.378 percent.
