Banned CPI (Maoist) torched 28 trucks on the GT road near Bisunpur under Amas Police Station of Gaya district in late last night. The Maoists have given a call for Bihar Bandh today to protest against alleged police atrocities on their cadres and arrests of many Maoists during last few months by the state government. Essential services like fire tenders and medicine shops have been exempted from the bandh.
