Karnataka government has decided to file appeal in the Supreme Court against acquittal of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa in the disproportionate assets case. The Public Prosecutor in the case will be the same person.
Last month, Karnataka High Court had acquitted Jayalalithaa in the case. The decision to this effect was taken at a state cabinet meeting today.
