jaitelyFinance Minister Arun Jaitley will file civil and criminal defamation cases against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and some other AAP leaders over charges of irregularities in DDCA tomorrow.

Besides Kejriwal, cases will also be filed against Kumar Vishwas, Ashutosh, Sanjay Singh, Raghav Chadha, Deepak Bajpayee, AAP leaders.

Jaitley said he had instructed his legal team to institute civil defamation cases in the Delhi High Court and criminal defamation cases in the Patiala House courts.

Meanwhile, DDCA has denied allegations raised by Kirti Azad in his sting operation.

Reacting to Azad’s charges, DDCA President Sneh Prakash Bansal today said, no company bill mentioned in the sting exists in the cricket body’s transaction records.

He said, Apart from VAZ consultancy, with whom DDCA did some professional business, no other agency shown in the Wikileaks4India video even exists in its records.

Earlier in the day, BJP leader and former cricketer Kirti Azad alleged that Delhi and District Cricket Association, DDCA gave contracts to bogus companies and payments were made without any verification.

Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, Mr Azad released a video that claimed DDCA gave contracts to various companies, but the addresses given for these were found to be false.
