The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC)has said that it has struck logistical support centers and fueling platforms serving US aircraft carriers at the Port of Duqm in Oman during the third phase of its response to renewed US military aggression.
In a statement carried by Sepah News on Sunday morning, the IRGC said its Aerospace Force launched a “heavy and surprise attack” on “the logistical support centers for naval vessels and the fueling platforms of US aircraft carriers at the Port of Duqm, Oman.”
The statement described the operation as the “third phase of the response to the aggression of the US child-killing army.”
Addressing the Iranian people, the IRGC said the determination displayed during the recent “unprecedented funeral procession attended by tens of millions” had now been reflected in the actions of its fighters.
The statement ended with the Quranic phrase: “Victory comes only from Allah, the Almighty, the All-Wise.”
It came after the US military resumed its acts of aggression on southern Iran in response to the IRGC Navy’s closure of the Strait of Hormuz.
