India has sought result-oriented talks with Pakistan on Jammu and Kashmir with the intended result of early vacation of Islamabad’s illegal occupation of Paksitan Occupied Kashmir.
In a letter to his Pakistani counterpart Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry, Foreign Secretary S. Jaishankar said, not only India but the entire region is aware that Pakistan is actually prime perpetrator of terrorism.
Briefing media in New Delhi this evening, External Affairs Ministry spokesman Vikas Swarup said, New Delhi has also conveyed to Islamabad clearly that agenda for talks is to put an end to cross-border terrorism and incitement to violence by Pakistan in Kashmir. Mr Swarup said, justifying terrorism and interfering in India’s internal affairs cannot form the basis for result-oriented dialogue.
