Brussels Attacks: Missing Indian confirmed dead
The Indian embassy in Belgium has confirmed that Infosys employee Raghvendra Ganeshan, who hails from Bengaluru and went missing after the Brussels terror attacks, has passed away.

Raghavendran Ganeshan, an India-born techie, was believed to be in a metro rail on March 22 when the Maelbeek station in the European city was rocked by an explosion.

Offering “heartfelt condolences”, external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj tweeted: “Unfortunately, he was travelling in the same coach of the metro in which the suicide bomber blew himself up.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has extended condolences to the family of Raghavendra.

In a tweet he said “A young life, full of hope & promise cut short by mindless violence,condolences to family of Raghavendran, who lost his life in Brussels.”
