Patna is all set to host two days G-20 Labour Engagement summit on 22nd and 23rd June. The Arts and Culture Department of the State is the nodal agency for this mega event, which will witness participation of around 180 delegates of G20 member countries.
Nodal officer Bandana Preyashi told Akashvani News, the arrival of guests will start from tomorrow. She said, on the 22nd June, the delegates will attend Yoga session at Patna under the guidance of tutors of famous Bihar School of Yoga, Munger.
The nodal officer said, the government of Bihar takes this occasion as privilege to showcase it’s rich arts, cultural heritage and tourism to visiting delegates.
During the two-day mega event, representatives from trade unions and officials of G-20 countries will brainstorm over the issues of labour and skill in the sectors of agriculture, energy, employment, environment and allied areas.
The host-state Bihar will also represent it’s initiatives and reforms in different sectors during the summit.
