BJP Parliamentary Board has accepted the resignation of Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel and she will meet State Governor today to submit her resignation.
Talking to MEDIA after the Board meeting in New Delhi, Senior Party leader and Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu said, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and BJP General Secretary Saroj Pandey have been appointed as the observers to oversee the election of new legislature party leader in the State.
Mr. Naidu also rejected the speculation that BJP President Amit Shah will be the new Chief Minister of Gujarat saying the Chief Minister will be from the MLAs.
