Heat wave continues to affect normal life in various parts of the country. Delhi witnessed the hottest day of the season yesterday, with the mercury soaring up to 44 degrees Celsius. Telangana continues to boil under heat wave with temperatures going up day by day over the last one week. A maximum temperature of 45 degree celsius was recorded in Ramagundam of Karimnagar district yesterday, which was the highest ever in the last ten years in April in Telangana region.
With mercury showing no sign of a let-up across the hot plate in the western and central Odisha, the temperature remained almost constant barring a marginal drop in coastal areas.
