NDA leaders in Bihar today staged dharna in all district headquarters across the state to protest the spurt in crimes under the regime of Nitish led grand alliance government in the state.
NDA parties led by BJP on Tuesday organized ‘protest Marches’ at all District Head quarters in Bihar against the deteriorating Law & Order situation in the State.
The main march took place in Patna, where BJP leaders marched from Party Office to the Shahid Smarak.Police deployed water cannon to disperse the protesters .
Raising slogans against the state government, the protestors alleged that state’s crime rate has risen under the Nitish-led government.
NDA constituents – BJP, LJP, RLSP and HAM-S maintained that the state is being held to ransom by lawmakers from the ruling parties apart from a spike in the crime graph.
LJP leader Chirag Paswan said that the government has failed to check crimes and ensure safety and security of the people.
Meanwhile, in Delhi LJP leader Ram Vilas Paswan met Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding law and order situation in Bihar and demanded CBI inquiry into recent political murders.
