President Pranab Mukherjee was accorded a ceremonial reception by his Belarussian Counterpart A.G Lukashenko at Minsk this afternoon.Mr. Mukherjee arrived on a two-day State visit to Belarus last night after completing his three- day State visit to Sweden. India and Belarus will sign six agreements. The President will also meet the Prime Minister of Belarus this evening. The Belarus State University will confer Professor Honoris Cause degree to the President.
