Mr. Modi also met with Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan yesterday.

The Prime Minister posted a brief video on X, showcasing highlights of his visit, which included his participation in the Quad Summit, bilateral meetings with President Biden, and his engagement with the Indian diaspora. The video also captured moments from his interactions with prominent American business leaders and his address at the UN’s ‘Summit of the Future.’

“This has been a fruitful USA visit, covering diverse programmes and focusing on a series of subjects aimed at making our planet better. Here are the highlights,” PM Modi said in his post.

The Quad Summit, hosted by President Biden in his hometown, included the participation of Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese. Reflecting on the event, PM Modi mentioned the warm reception he received from President Biden, who welcomed him to his home in Delaware. A moment of shared warmth between the two leaders was captured in the video.

At the Quad Summit, PM Modi expressed his joy at being part of the meeting early in his third term. The summit focused on strengthening the Quad’s commitment to global cooperation, with President Biden expressing confidence that the Quad would continue “way beyond November,” referring to the upcoming US elections. This comment was made while gesturing warmly towards PM Modi.

In his address at the summit, PM Modi reiterated the Quad’s role in supporting and partnering with the global community. “Our message is unequivocal: QUAD is here to stay, to assist, to partner, and to complement,” he said.

The video also highlighted PM Modi’s remarks during the Quad Moonshot Initiative, where he outlined India’s vision of “One Earth, One Health.” As part of this initiative, he announced India’s contribution of USD 7.5 million for sampling kits, detection kits, and vaccines.

The gathering of the Indian diaspora was also featured in the video, with enthusiastic supporters cheering for the Prime Minister. PM Modi spoke about the immense opportunities India offers, particularly in the business sector, which he referred to as a “golden opportunity” for collaboration with the US.
