Mumbai Indians defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by eight wickets at the Wankhede Stadium on Sunday evening.

An unbeaten century by Cameroon Green led Mumbai Indians to complete the 201-run chase in just 18 overs in their final group stage match of the tournament. The win has kept Mumbai alive in the play-off race, while the Rajasthan Royals, who were also in contention, have been eliminated.

Earlier, put into bat, Sunrisers Hyderabad posted 200 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. Mayank Agarwal with 83 and Vivrant Sharma with 69 were the top scorers for Hyderabad. Akash Madhwal picked up four wickets for Mumbai Indians.

The other match of the day between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Gujarat Titans at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru is underway. Gujarat Titans have won the toss and opted to bowl.
