Union Home Minister Amit Shah has said that Narendra Modi Government has reinstated the hope and aspirations of the poor people in the multiparty democracy.

Addressing the gathering after inaugurating D.K.Patel Community Hall and other projects here today, Mr. Shah said that development of Gujarat since 2001 has also created the hunger of development in other states of the country.

Mr. Shah said that Narendra Modi while taking the charge as the Chief Minister of Gujarat in 2001 had said that I wanted to develop Gujarat for the development of the nation. Now, the poor people of the country have complete faith in the government that they will get drinking water, toilets and all other basic necessities.

Shah has also inaugurated the flyover bridge at busy Income tax circle on Ashram road in Ahmedabad. This flyover has been built by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation at the cost of Rs.57 crore. Mr. Shah has also inaugurated seven revenue talati offices in Gandhinagar loksabha constituency.

He was also felicitated by the thousands of party workers of his Loksabha constituency at a function held at Gujarat University Convention Hall. Mr. Shah will also perform traditional Mangla Arti at Lord Jagannath temple in Ahmedabad tomorrow early morning before the start of historic Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra.
