PMPrime Minister Narendra Modi has accused Tripura Government of scams and said there is a levi raj in the state.

The Prime Minister addressed two poll rallies in Santirbazar and Agartala on Thursday.

Criticising the functioning of the Left Front government for the last 25 years, Mr Modi said the state government did not allow the probe in Chit Fund case to go ahead because name of one Minister of Manik Sarkar government has come into the case.

He said there are other scams as well, including Bishalgarh block scam and MNREGA scam.

He said the Left government has failed to give minimum wages to workers and deprived lakhs of state government employees of the 7th Pay Commission benefits.

The Prime Minister said this election is being fought by the common people to change the misrule of the present government.

He said BJP’s motto is Sabka Saath Savka Vikas where there is no discrimination among races, castes, creed and communities.

Mr. Modi said that BJP in its vision document for Tripura election has promised minimum wages for workers and 7th Pay Commission benefits for state government employees.

Mr. Modi alleged that, Congress has fielded candidates in this election to save the Left parties.
