The Supreme Court is likely to pronounce its verdict on Monday on a plea of the father of a student, who was found dead in a Gurugram school, seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to three trustees of the Ryan International Group.
A bench of Justices R K Agrawal and A M Sapre reserved its verdict today after hearing arguments in the case.
On November 21st, Punjab and Haryana High Court had granted bail to trustees of the Group- CEO Ryan Pinto and his parents — founding chairman Augustine Pinto and managing director Grace Pinto, in connection with the killing of the student.
The seven-year-old boy was found dead with his throat slit in the school washroom in Gurugram on the 8th of September.
