At least 41 Taliban have been killed in latest clashes in different parts of Afghanistan. Fourteen militants were killed in clashes with security forces at a check point in Noorgul districts of eastern Kunar province.
In a statement, ministry of defence said, thirteen Taliban including a commander have been killed and five others wounded in raids by security forces in Kunduz province.
In another incident, at least 16 militants were killed and three others wounded as a result of airstrikes in western Farah province.
