Two person including one Amarnath pilgrim died while twenty eight others injured in an accident near Bijbehara on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway in Anantnag district early today morning. As many as 20 critically injured pilgrims have been shifted to Srinagar hospital for advanced treatment.
A Police official told media that a passenger vehicle on way to Jammu from the Ganderbal base camp collided with loaded goods truck.
The driver of the passenger vehicle and a pilgrim died on spot.
