As many as 137 flights of Air India will be running with a delay today, due to the ripple effect of the shutdown of its software yesterday.
The airline said the average duration of delay on the flights would be of 197 minutes.
Yesterday, thousands of passengers had a harrowing time at airports across the world as Air India’s passenger service system software did not function from 3.30 am to 8.45 am due to a technical glitch. As a result, 149 flights were delayed.
