Bangladesh’s interim leader Muhammad Yunus met US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump in New York on September 23.
The meeting took place at a reception hosted by Trump at the Lotte New York Palace on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. Yunus, accompanied by his daughter Dina Yunus, invited Trump to visit Bangladesh.
The Chief Adviser’s press wing released a photo of the meeting, saying Yunus extended the invitation “at a convenient time.”
