Registers case in Akshay Singh’s death

The CBI Friday registered five more FIRs in the multi layered Professional Examination Board scam of Madhya Pradesh.The first FIR has been registered under section of 302 of the IPC against unknown persons in the mysterious death of MBBS student Namrata Damore, who was found dead on railway tracks in Ujjain district.Her death was allegedly linked with the scam.
The second FIR has been registered in the pre medical test 2010. One person has been named in this FIR which pertains to illegalities in the test. Third FIR has been registered in the pre medical entrance test 2010. There are four named accused in the FIR and seven other accused were added during investigation by Special Task Force.Two more FIRs have been filed in cases related with 2013 Police recruitment.
The probe agency had registered five FIRs in the scam on Wednesday. A total of ten FIRs have been registered so far by the CBI in the scam.
The premiere investigation agency also registered a preliminary enquiry in the suspicious death of TV Today journalist Akshaya Singh. Singh died on 5th of this month in mysterious circumstances in Meghnagar district of Jhabua in Madhya Pradesh while reporting irregularities in Vyapan Scam. Madhya Pradesh Police had carried out inquest proceedings and enquiry of the case has been taken over by the agency.
