Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Adityanath Yogi has announced the portfolios of his council of Ministers. Governor Ram Naik has given his approval on the distribution of portfolios among ministers. Mr Yogi himself will look after responsibilities of several departments including Home, urban planning , Information, food and civil supply, Jail, Taxation, revenue, mining and secretariat administration.
Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has been given responsibilities of PWD, Food processing, Entertainment and Public Enterprises departments and another Deputy Chief Minister Dr Dinesh Sharma will look after responsibilities of Higher and Secondary education, Science and Technology, Electronics and Information Technology departments. Our correspondent reports that all 22 cabinet Ministers have given responsibilities of different portfolios.
