The United States yesterday outlined its priorities for renegotiating the North American Free Trade Agreement, NAFTA. In the document sent to Congress for revamping the NAFTA, the US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer said, the US would focus on ensuring better access for the US goods exported to Canada and Mexico in order to reduce trade deficit of his country.
He said, the administration would strive to eliminate unfair subsidies and market-distorting trade practices.
