Police in London have raided 6 places and detained 7 people in connection with yesterday’s attack in Britain’s capital.
The police made the announcement today, a day after a man rammed a car into pedestrians on Westminster Bridge and stabbed a police officer outside the Houses of Parliament.
They say inquiries continue in Birmingham, London and other parts of the country. Prime Minister Theresa May is scheduled to make a statement on the attack to the House of Commons today.
Meanwhile media reports suggest that Daesh or ISIS has claimed that a ‘soldier of the caliphate’ carried out the attack that killed a total of 4 people including the lone wolf attacker.
8 people have been arrested so far in a closely guarded probe expect two key disclosures by British Prime Minister Theresa May in Parliament today.
