India has said that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s remarks on Jammu and Kashmir constitute gross interference in India’s internal affairs and are completely unacceptable.

Permanent Mission of India in New York at UN said in Written Right to Reply that Turkey should learn to respect the sovereignty of other nations and reflect on its own policies more deeply.

The Turkish President, in his pre-recorded video statement to the General Debate at the 75th session of the UN General Assembly, had made a reference to Jammu and Kashmir.
