Three maoists including two women were gunned down today in Odisha in an exchange of fire in the Malkangiri district. The incident took place in the jungle under the Mathili police limits of the district when the joint team of Special Operation Group and the District Voluntary Force launched a combing operation in the area. Bodies of the three maoists along with two guns have been recovered from the spot.
