Three suicide bombers killed 19 people and injured about 70 others at a fish market in northeast Nigeria, in an attack blamed on Boko Haram insurgency.
The blasts happened last night in Konduga, some 35 kilometres southeast of the Borno state capital, Maiduguri.
Musa Ari, from the Civilian Joint Task Force assisting Nigerian military against the terrorists today said, two of the bombers attacked the Tashan Kifi fish market and then four minutes later, a third bomber struck nearby.
He said, the victims included 18 civilians and one soldier and added that Boko Haram has targeted Konduga several times.
