According to government reports situation in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday remained normal especially in Kashmir Valley with no untoward incident reported from anywhere.
Restrictions were lifted from most parts of Kashmir on Saturday, a day after some curbs on the movement of people were imposed on Friday.
People were seen moving on roads in large numbers with increased movement of vehicles plying on the roads.
Most of the landline telephone services have been restored in most places across the valley in view of the improving situation.
