At the stock markets, erasing its early modest gains, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange ended 112 points, or 0.2 percent, lower, at 60,433, today. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange shed 24 points, or 0.1 percent, to 18,044.
