Senior Indian Foreign Service officer Randhir Jaiswal today took charge as the Spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs. A 1998 batch IFS officer Mr. Jaiswal succeeds Arindam Bagchi, who has been appointed as India’s permanent representative to the United Nations in Geneva.
