Supreme Court today dismissed the review plea of Yakub Abdul Razak Memon against death penalty in 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case. The apex court had stayed Memon’s execution on 2nd June, 2014. He is a key conspirator with Dawood Ibrahim in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case.
Memon and 10 others were awarded death penalty by a special TADA court. His death sentence was upheld by a supreme court bench on March 21, 2013.
