The Supreme Court today issued a notice to Bollywood actor Salman Khan in connection with the 2002 hit-and-run case in which one person was killed and four others were injured.
The apex court ordered the issuance of notices on plea filed by the Maharashtra Government challenging the actor’s acquittal by the Bombay High Court in the case. Salman was acquitted of all charges in the case by the High Court last year.
